The T&P Cell, established with the view of organizing campus drives and training programs, ensures that the students at SIST have the pick of the kind of work they want to do. The Cell is composed of a TPO, Astt. TPO & a campus drive coordinator. SIST prides itself for standing out as the first Institute in Bhopal to have secured on Job- Training cum placement offer letters for 220 students in single campus drive. TRAINING

Soft skills training session for students are taken by TPO.
Regular seminars on communications skills, voice & accent modulation, corporate etiquettes are conducted to provide students with an edge over others in professional arena.
There has been an array of special guest lectures on Group Discussions and Personal Interviews by professors from IIM – Indore & ITM Ghaziabad etc.
The T&P through its cordial relationship with corporate world has succeeded in securing Technical Training for its students in places like IIT Roorkee, NIIT, Aptech, BSNL, Airtel etc.
Provision of Vocational Training helps enhance the experimental knowledge of students.
